Working with Lisa Walker Interiors brings your home designs to life from ideas, to plans, through project support and realization. Serving clients in Washington, California, and Arizona.
Step 1 - Consultation
Our journey together begins with a video call or in person visit. Together we will talk through your project goals, dreams, and must haves. If our partnership proves to be a good fit, we will begin crafting a plan, budget and time frame.
An initial consultation with Lisa is $150 (up to two hours) and $75 per hour thereafter.
Step 2 - Design Planning
During the design planning stage, we will select color schemes, cabinet style, fixtures, flooring, tile and other elements to complete the design. Lisa will also ensure that the final design reflects your vision while maintaining functionality and practicality.
Design planning is billed at an hourly rate, project based fee, or monthly retainer dependent on the scope of the project.
Step 3- Project Management
Once your design plan is in place, Lisa will manage the timeline, budget, oversee all client communication with sub contractors, and quickly problem solve to guide the project successfully. Lisa Walker Interiors will ensure the quality of the workmanship meets your specifications and goals.
Project management is billed as part of your project fee or monthly retainer.
Refresh.
If you’re looking to update a bathroom, kitchen, or other space in your home, then this service is for you. Or maybe you’d like to improve some areas of your home in preparation for putting your house on the market. LIsa can help! With minor alterations and no structural changes we can transform your home together giving it a modern refresh.
Remodel.
Whether you are planning to remodel just one room or your whole home, this service will allow you to easily plan for a coordinated style throughout, ensuring that your remodeled home flows seamlessly together between old and new.
Remodeling is expensive and even more expensive when you make mistakes along the way. I’ll be able to guide you through the process saving you time and money and help you to execute your project with a level of precision that is difficult to do on your own.
New Build.
Building a new home is exciting, but all of the decisions that need to be made can quickly become overwhelming. This service includes choosing and coordinating all of the flooring, countertops, cabinets, lighting, paint, hardware and other finishes for your entire home, creating a cohesive look. Knowing what needs to be done and when it needs to be done, and even anticipating obstacles and taking a proactive approach to help overcome them saves you money and time. I make it a priority to help you stay within your design budget while figuring out how to bring your vision of the perfect home to life.
