All of my services have the same goal: helping my clients bring their home designs to life with less stress! Working with Lisa Walker Interiors can make your design process easy and worry-free, as well as affordable.
Lisa works via an hourly rate with no hidden charges. An initial consultation with Lisa is $150 (up to two hours) and $75 per hour thereafter.
Home Staging.
Selling? Your home’s first impression to potential buyers speaks volumes. Home staging is a very different process than home decorating. Using your own furnishings, I can help you transform your home to appeal to the widest range of buyers, so you can get it sold quickly!
Refresh.
If you’re looking to update a bathroom, kitchen, or other space in your home, then this service is for you. Or maybe you’d like to improve some areas of your home in preparation for putting your house on the market. I can help! With minor alterations and no structural changes we can transform your home together giving it a modern refresh.
Remodel.
Whether you are planning to remodel just one room or your whole home, this service will allow you to easily plan for a coordinated style throughout, ensuring that your remodeled home flows seamlessly together between old and new.
Remodeling is expensive and even more expensive when you make mistakes along the way. I’ll be able to guide you through the process saving you time and money and help you to execute your project with a level of precision that is difficult to do on your own.
New Build.
Building a new home is exciting, but all of the decisions that need to be made can quickly become overwhelming. This service includes choosing and coordinating all of the flooring, countertops, cabinets, lighting, paint, hardware and other finishes for your entire home, creating a cohesive look. Knowing what needs to be done and when it needs to be done, and even anticipating obstacles and taking a proactive approach to help overcome them saves you money and time. I make it a priority to help you stay within your design budget while figuring out how to bring your vision of the perfect home to life.
